What to do when a business is not found in Google?

What you need to do is get that listing set up on Google. Google is no longer using Google+ as citations. Now, it uses Google Business. 

How do I use Google Business? 

1. You will need to go into Google and look for Google Business.

2. You need to be logged in to the account that you are going to use to create that citation. Visit Google Business in this link: http://www.google.com/business

If the business you are working with does not have Google, then it will be difficult to create the reports.

3. That business must have a Google listing. Again you can create it for them and instruct them where they can do that by going to http://www.google.com/business and add their business into the directory through there. And that will integrate the Google listing with Google maps as well.
