To view the detailed analytics of your voice broadcast, follow these steps:

From the Latest Broadcast section, select a voice broadcast that you want to check and click the Gear icon (). Please select ‘View’ as your action.
🛈 From the Latest Broadcast section your can see details of your Voice Broadcast such as:
- How many contacts that were sent to.
- How many calls were delivered.
- How many people lived answered the phone calls.
- How many went to voicemail.
- How many people call transferred.
- If anyone had opted out in your Voice Broadcast.
- This will redirect you to the Voice Broadcast Analytics page.
- On this page you can see details on your Broadcast, such as:
- Created - This is the date and time on when the broadcast was created.
- Schedule Start - This is the date and time that the broadcast is scheduled to start.
- From - This displays the number used for this campaign.
- Current Status - This displays the Current Status of the broadcast.

Total Sent - This displays the number of calls that were sent out.
- Below, you also have information on the contacts in the Voice Broadcast. From here, you can see the name of the contact, what number was called, how long the call was, the result of the call (whether its a Live Person or Call Transfer), and what time that result happened.
- You also have an analytic breakdown of Voice Broadcast results. Here, you are able to see:
- Total Contacts - The total number of contacts that are inside the broadcast.
- Total Delivered - How many calls were delivered calls in your broadcast.
- Live Answer - This displays how many delivers went to Live Answer.
- Voicemail Left - This displays how many delivers went to Voicemail.
- Undelivered - This is the number of undelivered calls in your broadcast.
- Press #1 Transfer - This displays the number of people who call transferred.
- Opted Out - This displays the number of people who opted out the campaign.
🛈 You may also view this data from the last 7, 30, 60, 90, or custom range, depending on your preferences. Keep in mind that because a broadcast sending at a single time, most of your analytics are going to be in a day or days following the broadcast being sent out.
