The Thank You Campaign automatically sends Thank You emails each time your customer or client leaves positive feedback.

Thank You Email Summary


The Thank You Email Summary tracks how many emails were sent and opened. It also includes how many people clicked on the link that you have put inside your Thank You Email. 

We have also added a unique feature that lets you track if your email is filtered as spam.




Thank You Campaign Summary


The Thank You Campaign Summary tracks all of your email requests you have sent out based on Unopened, Open, Clicked of all of your email requests.




Directory Links


The Directory Links lets you see the Total Directory Clicks and Overall percentage clicks of all the directories you have added into the CRM.




Thank You Campaign List


The Thank You Campaign list all of your Active and Paused Campaigns that you have created or set up. 

You can also set your campaigns to Active/Paused or even quickly edit the campaign itself.




Latest Thank You Campaign


This area displays all of your recent Thank You Campaigns. 

You can also set your campaign to either Active/Paused or even Edit, Pause, Duplicate or Delete the campaign itself by clicking the cogwheel icon.




Thank You Campaign Actions


You have several actions that you can use to manage your Thank You Campaign:


To set up a new campaign, click the Create A Thank You Campaign button.

If you want to edit an existing Thank You Campaign, click the pencil icon.



If you want to see how your campaigns are performing, click Analytics.



Click the Schedule icon to quickly view the schedule on when all of your requests will be sent out.



Use the cogwheel icon to Edit, Pause, Duplicate, or Delete a campaign of your choice.
