Occasionally, you may receive a 404 Error on your white label subdomain URL. This error means that your page can not be found or is inaccessible. You will need to set up your landing page and then make it your homepage to fix it. 

To do so, follow these steps:

Step 1. Click Landing Pages then select that landing page that you want to set up.

Step 2. Click Page Settings.

Step 3. On the SEO Settings tab, click the Home Page checkbox found just under the Personalized URL section. 

Step 4. Make sure to select the right domain that you want to use and type in the URL Extension.

Step 5. Once you are done, click Save.

Step 6. To check if you have successfully set up your landing page, click View Page.
