If you are having issues with the select all button or you think that you are pulling Leads slower then normal, this could be an issue with the cache of your Java Application.
Complete the following steps to clear your cache:
Close Lead Kahuna.
Search for and click Control Panel.
Search for and click Java (32-bit) from the Control Panel window.
Click Settings > Delete Files, which is under Temporary Internet File settings.
Select Trace and Log Files and Cached Applications and Applets. Click OK.
Click OK.
Click OK.
Login to your Lead Kahuna account and verify that your Select All button works.
