Happy Holidays! This week we focused on general improvements in Local Analyzer and Rep Kahuna.

Here is a summary of this week’s updates:

Local Analyzer: We updated the terms of limitations on available scans for the companies with multiple locations but the same business name. Now If the business has the same name but different phone number the scan is not counted towards 5 total scans limit for the same company. Also even if the customer met the scan limit, the agency can still run their own agency scan.

Local Analyzer: We improved Auto-discover feature on landing pages for the UK Businesses

Local Analyzer: In rare cases when the business phone number is not set, the mobile phone is automatically used for emails and “Thank you” pages.

Local Analyzer: We improved the user experience with slow connections adding motion banners to landing pages

Rep Kahuna: Posting to twitter has been improved. Now if the message is longer than 99 characters, it will be auto cropped to under 99 to allow for successful posting of the reviews.

Rep Kahuna: With the improvement of privacy settings in Rep Kahuna, external users will only see location address to the location they access to versus all of the locations for one company.  

Rep Kahuna: Auto-schedule Settings in Rep Kahuna were updated and now allow for separate posting of online reviews apart from reviews from feedback pages based on your choice.
