Once you get to the Google Tag Manager Set up Screen, please click on the "Google Tag Manager" button to sign up for Google Tag Manager; and set up your Account as outlined below:

(1) On the Account Name field enter an account name (i.e. Master Account), then click continue

(3) Select "Web" for the container type. then click create
