If you have a new email and you are having issues with your emails bouncing there are a few reasons this may happen. Most of the time you need to “warm up” these new emails by slowly increasing the sending that you do with them.

There are a few other steps you can take to help with the deliverability of your new gmail accounts by authenticating your email:

  1. Add an SPF record for your email. To do that follow the steps outlined on this google support article: https://support.google.com/a/answer/178723?hl=en
  2. You should also authenticate the email TXT record found in the admin of your gmail account. To do this navigate the the account area of your gmail account, from there go to the “Apps” section, then select “Gsuite”. When you select Gmail on this page you will see an option to Authenticate Email.

These are some steps that will help with the deliverability on your new email accounts. However, keep in mind that you should still “warm up” these new accounts by slowly increasing the send ing they are doing over a few weeks!
