Reminder: You MUST use a single funding option/ credit card for your campaigns, that is under the name of you or your business . Do NOT enter your clients credit card or payment details into your funding options.

Can I see all of my activity history in one place?
Yes, all of your historical activity for funds added, spent, and transferred is accessible in your Funds Journal.
Can I transfer funds from one business to another?
Yes, you can transfer and manage transferring funds in your Funds Journal as outlined in the video above.
Please note, the account you are transferring funds from must retain a minimum balance of $20.00. If you have a balance of less that $20.00 those funds can not be transferred. You will need to close out the business to reallocate those funds. (details in FAQ below)
How quickly will my transfer be complete?
Your funds transfer or addition will be completed instantly. You will see the funds transfer logged in your Funds Journal on the Main as well as Transfer Activity tab.
What happens if I have funds in an business account that I am no longer working with?
If you have funds allocated to a business you are no longer working with, you can transfer anything above the last $20.00 to any other business, using the Funds Transfer tool as outlined in the video above.
How do I close out a business and reclaim my remaining funds?
To close out that business and reclaim the $20.00 balance, you can contact support via ticket and provide the following details:
