Adding a Business From Your Leads

Quickly add a new Business from your Leads whenever you want to include them in your contacts. To do so, follow these steps:

Step 1. From the main dashboard, head over to your Latest Leads section. 

Step 2. To view all your leads, click the See All button.

Step 3. Click the Create button on the lead that you want to add to your record.

Step 4. The Business Setup Wizard will automatically populate all the necessary details of the merchant.

Step 5. Review all the fields and fill in any missing details.

Step 6. Once you are done, click Next.

Step 7. Complete the remaining wizards.

What Is Lead Wizard Heat Map?

The Optin Wizard Map on the active Landing Page dashboard gives you the full overview of all the details that your leads went through. Each column of the Heat Map is color-coded. These colors will provide you with an idea of how your landing page performs, and the leads that came from it.

If you want to access your Lead Wizard Heat Map, follow these steps:

Step 1. From the main dashboard, click Landing Pages. 

Step 2. Select a landing page from the list.

Step 3. Click the Funnel Details tab.

Step 4. With the Lead Wizard Heat Map, use the different information, analyze your landing page performance, and make corresponding adjustments to capture more leads online.

Open Leads Vs. Closed Leads Record

The Open Leads tab displays all your contacts that Opted in on your Landing Page. Remember that all the businesses here are labeled as an “Open Lead,” which means you must contact them through Mobile or Email. 

If an open lead responds, you can send them as one of your closed leads. You can find all the leads that you closed in the Closed Leads tab.
