You are receiving this message due to Java's removal in newer versions of OS X for security reasons. 


If the customer clicks on More Info, the customer is directed to the java download, but this will not be resolved by updating Java. 


To solve the issue, follow these steps:


1. Download and Run the JAVA Uninstall Tool found here: https://www.java.com/en/download/uninstalltool.jsp


2. Download and install the latest Jave Runtime Environment from https://java.com/en/download/
