If you are getting errors when trying to import contacts into your system please check these two things:

  1. Make sure that the file you are attempting to import is a CSV file. Currently the only types of files that are able to be imported are CSV files.

  2. Make sure that the file you are trying to import have the basic required fields:
    1. For Companies you must have: “Company Name”, “Contact First Name”, “Contact Last Name”, “Phone” and “Email”
    2. For Individuals you must have: “Contact First Name”, “Contact Last Name”, “Phone” and “Email”
