How to troubleshoot videos that are not showing?

• Search Engine, Website, and YouTube – You need to make sure that they have the same video on the business listing.
  
  
• Make sure that the Google listing is also the same account used for the YouTube videos that they uploaded.
  
  
• Make sure that the website section is on the main website that they have the video on.
  
  
• The video must be under the first page of search engines. If it is not on the first page, the report will not show.
