You now have the ability to create your own Custom and White Label Domains that will be used as your tracking and unsubscribe links in your email campaigns. In this article, we will demonstrate how you can setup your Custom Subdomain and White Label Domain.

How to Setup Your White Label Domain

Instead of using of using the subdomain *.prospectrocket.com for your tracking and unsubscribe link, you can now add your own domain name.

To setup your White Label Domain, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Custom URL.
  2. Before you begin setting up your White Label, you should first check our White Label instructions. In the drop down, you can choose the domain provider where your domain is hosted.

  1. Once you have chosen your Domain Provider, click the Play Help Video button for a video on how to configure your A Record.

  1. As an example, we are going to use a domain from GoDaddy. First, log in to your account and go to the Domain Manager. From there, go to Domains > Manage (image2.png) > Manage DNS.

  1. On the A Record, click the Edit icon (image4.png).

  1. Go back to Prospect Rocket and copy the A Record Target IP Address.

  1. Paste the IP Address on your GoDaddy A Record and then hit Save.

  1. Once you are done with these steps, you can now type your domain name and then hit Add.

  1. This will be displayed at the bottom. Once you have done that, automatically any emails that you are going to send out, your tracking links and unsubscribe links are going to go to your newly added domain.

  1. If you want to monitor your spam issues on your new domains, you can use https://mxtoolbox.com/ and go to blacklist and check your domain. Make sure you are not included on any of the blacklists.
