1. Navigate to the listing where reviews were left

Click to view reviews. Make sure you are logged in as an admin to the directory to be able to add responses to reviews once the response is generated.

2. Find the Review Responder Plugin in your Chrome browser

Note, the plugin can only work with the Chrome browser

3. Select the review which you want to respond to

4. Login to the Review Responder Plugin with the credentials you have for your account or Register to activate your account (the activation code can be received either by email or text message)

5. Copy the review you want to respond to

6. Then select the business from the dropdown of the plugin and select the way you want to generate the review (AI review or Template). Note, that templated response will not have the custom details from the review, but it will have the name of the reviewer.

7. Paste the review into the field to generate the response

8. Add the name of the reviewer

9. Indicate, whether the review is Positive or Negative

10. Click Generate Response

11. Once the response is generated, copy the response and paste it to respond to review

12. To respond to a bad review copy and paste the review and select Bad review as an option

13. Generate the response

14. Respond to reviews with the templated response follow the steps to open the plugin

15. Select Template as an option

16. Paste the review along with the reviewer's name

17. Indicate if the review is good or bad

18. Generate the response

19. Copy the response and paste it to respond to review
