Introduction 

In this article, you will learn the different tools for managing a business. In the business dashboard, you will see all important details about the business, which will help you monitor your scheduled post, find all the posts posted, and track your goals on the business you are working with.



Changing a Business's Details

Step 1. From the main dashboard, click Businesses.



Step 2. Click on the business whose details you need to know.



Step 3. Click the Edit icon.



Step 4. Update the business's information and click Save.



Tracking Goals Versus Actual Post 

Step 1. From the main dashboard, click Businesses.



Step 2. Click on the business whose details you need to know.



Step 3. The first line below Posting Overview is that business's goals. The second line is the number of actual posts.



Viewing Scheduled Posts 


Step 1. From the dashboard, click Businesses




Step 2. Click on the business whose scheduled posts you need to see. 




Step 3. Click the Content Schedule tab.




Step 4. Scroll down to the Posting Schedule. You can see scheduled posts from the calendar or agenda view.




You can also see scheduled posts on the calendar within the Posting Overview group. The dates that have dots above their number are dates when posts are scheduled to post.




Finding Posts That Have Been Posted 

Step 1. From the main dashboard, click Businesses.



Step 2. Click on the business whose posts you need to see. 




Step 3. Click the Content Schedule tab.




Step 4. Click the Posted Log tab to view the records of posts that have been posted.




Adding Note  

Step 1. From the main dashboard, click Businesses




Step 2. Select the business that you need to add a note.



Step 3. Click the Expand icon.



Step 4. Click Add Note.



Step 5. Type your note and click Save.




Emailing a Business Directly 


Step 1. From the main dashboard, click Businesses.


 
Step 2. Select a company from the list of active businesses.



Step 3. Click the Send Email icon.



Step 4. Complete all the fields and click Send.



Step 5. You can also click the History tab to view the logs of your emails.
