This video describes how to ensure Email deliverability in Rep Kahuna's CRM emails.



We give the ability to set up a custom email address for each company to send email from for any of the emails sent out from the CRM - like the sign in, thank you, or apology emails.


Sender emails like Gmail, Yahoo tend to have issues being received. They may work for the first few emails sent out, but they eventually get flagged and will stop working.

Internet Service Provider emails, like sbcglobal.net or any others, also run into issues being consistently received.


As a standard, we recommend using privately hosted email addresses on custom domains (i.e., aname@theirsite.com), for our customers and our customer's clients.


The email being used is set by clicking on a company, then Setup. It is the email entere in the Email field under Company Information on the first Setup screen (Company > Corporate), on the left-hand side.
