Rep Videos automatically pulls up all the 5-star reviews online for you and adds them all in the business's Review Inbox. If the system can't find any reviews, you have the option to add the reviews manually. 

There may be times that your videos are not showing in the Production Schedule tab. 

Here are the possible solutions that you can do:

• You might not have correctly set up the business's Social Setup. Make sure to connect or update the business's Social Network accounts correctly. You can learn how this is done in this article.
• The Voice Over that you have uploaded (.wav or .mp3) has problems. Always make sure to test it first, and the audio that you will be uploading is properly formatted.
