Sometimes, when configuring the White Label for Local Analyzer, there can be some technical issues with the DNS Records that are setup with your hosting provider. This article will help with some of the leading causes for intermittent issues when different people view your Landing Pages while you're using White Label domains.

  1. Conflicting A Records
If you have more A Records in your DNS configuration area for your domain name than just 72.52.238.25, it will always cause intermittent issues loading that site's pages. To check, load your DNS configuration area on your hosting provider and see if there are more than one (1) A Record configured. If there are, remove the extra ones and then wait up to 24 hours for the settings to take effect as well as to see if this helps. If you are unsure how to check, contact your hosting provider, as they manage this behavior of your domain name.
  2. Conflicting CNAME Records
If your A Record is set up properly, however, there are also one (1) or more CNAME Records on your domain, it will always cause intermittent issues loading that site's pages. To check, load your DNS configuration area on your hosting provider and see if there are any CNAME Records configured. If there are, remove them and then wait up to 24 hours for the settings to take effect as well as to see if this helps. If you are unsure how to check, contact your hosting provider, as they manage this behavior of your domain name.

Remember, we are unable to resolve these kinds of issues that may happen with your DNS Records for you, as we have no access to the settings that link your domain to our servers. This is an effort that you will have to achieve on your own, through your hosting provider's portal, or with the help of your hosting provider.

Thank you and we hope this information helps you come to a resolution!
