You need to customize that page from your Reputation Report back end:   

http://xxxxxxxx.localreputationreport.com/member/welcome

From the main navigation page, complete the following steps:

Step 1. Click on Features.

Step 2. Click on 24 Hour Access.

Step 3. You can replace the video, contact info and add additional information using the boxes provided.
