Post this message on Facebook (on your personal Facebook page):

“Need Help! I just opened a new Display Ads Marketing Division. I’m giving away 5 Free $500 Banner Ads. I’m covering all the production and design costs. Just comment “I’m Interested” and I’ll save a spot for you; Or tag the person’s name that would be interested.”

When people respond that they are "interested", be sure to add a comment that you will "PM" them in Facebook Messenger.

Message them and arrange a time to meet. Send them a calendar invite to secure the opportunity.
