The Feedback Inbox tab lets you see all the customer’s feedback you collected through any of the Feedback Pages you have set up. 


Not only can you collect the views and ratings, but you can also collect survey information. This page will give you a diagnostics of the different feedback that this merchant is getting from their customers and consumers.

To learn more on a specific section in the Build Dashboard, select from the drop-down below:
  


Sentiment Analysis


This section displays the most common words that are used in the actual feedback that has been given.



You can see that the word  “Dentist” is used 14 times in a positive review. If the review is a negative one, you will see that on red.




Type


This section displays the type of review, whether it is text or video review. It also shows how many stars are given for this review and where the review came from.



Review Details


The Review Details displays the name, email, and IP address of where the review came from.



Feedback


This section displays the actual feedback that was left by the customer.



Syndication


If this is a raving fan for example and you want it to share this on the merchant’s social media profile, you can click the Click to post link on the social platform that you want to use. 

 Before you can add this feedback to the posting queue, you should set up your social networks first.


Once you click this link, it will be added to the posting queue under Market, and it will be the review that will get syndicated out.
