This article demonstrates how you can create and set up a widget in Ad Kahuna.

Starting the Banner Widget Setup


To create a widget, complete the following steps: 


Step 1. From the main dashboard page, click Banner Widgets.



Step 2. Click the Create Widget button.



Step 3. Select a business whom you want to create the banner widget for and click Next.



Step 4. Choose the Widget Type that you want to use.
There are two widget types:




Creating On Page Widget


To create an On Page Widget, complete the following steps: 


Step 1. Select the On Page widget type.



Step 2. Type in the widget campaign name.



Step 3. Select the Ad Set that you want to use.



Step 4. Choose the Ad Size.



Step 5. Type in or paste the Landing Page URL. 

This URL will be the page URL where someone will be redirected once a banner ad is clicked.



Step 6. Once you are done, click the Next Step button.



Step 7. Copy the generated Widget Code and paste it to your website.




Step 8. If you do not have access to your website's back end, you can send the code to your webmaster through the Send Code button.



Step 9. Type in your webmaster's information and email address and click Send.



Step 10. Click Finish to complete the wizard step.




Creating Popup Widget


To create a Popup Widget, complete the following steps: 

Step 1. Select the On Page widget type. 



Step 2. Type in the widget campaign name. 



Step 3. Select the Ad Set that you want to use.



Step 4. Choose the Ad Size.



Step 5. Type in or paste the Landing Page URL. This URL will be the page URL where someone will be redirected once a banner ad is clicked.



Step 6. Decide the popup trigger that you want to use to either:

Step 7. If you picked Delayed Popup, you will be asked to set the delay time of the popup.



Step 8. If you picked Page Exit, you will be asked to choose where you want to position your popup. 



Step 9. Once you are done, click the Next Step button.



Step 10. Copy the generated Widget Code and paste it to your website.



Step 11. If you do not have access to your website's back end, you can send the code to your webmaster through the Send Code button.



Step 12. Type in your webmaster's information and email address and click Send.



Step 13. Click Finish to complete the wizard step.
