When you choose to Add a Written Review, you’ll be taken to the Written Review Wizard. Here, you’ll be prompted to enter information for the employee review.

Wizard Step 1: Video Setup

The Video Setup will be the first wizard you will need to complete once you start creating an Employee Review Video. 

Follow the steps below to begin setting up an Employee Written Review:

Step 1. Click Create from the Rep Videos dashboard.

Step 2. Select an existing company you’re already working with, or to add a new company.

Step 3. Decide if you want to use a 60 second spokesmodel or a 30 second no spokesmodel Rep Video style. 

For this example, we are going to use the default 60 second spokesmodel style.


Step 4. Select Employee as the review type and choose Adding A Written Review.

Step 5. Select the Production Date Schedule.

Step 6. (Optional) Enable syndication if you want to syndicate the video.

Be sure that you already set up the business's social account if you want to enable syndication. You can learn more about this setup in this article.

Step 7. (Optional) If you want to add your agency's branding, enable the show Agency Branding feature.



Step 8. Once you are done, click Next Step.

Wizard Step 2: Review Setup

The next wizard will help you in setting up the Review Details, which are shown on the steps below:

Step 1. Select the Reviewer Position.

Step 2. Type in the Reviewer's full name.

Step 3. Select the Star Design that you want to use.

Step 4. Select the correct Review Icon.

Step 5. Type in the written review.

Step 6. (Optional) Upload a voiceover .mp3 file for the written review, which will replace the existing voiceover that is read while the written review is displayed in the video. 

Step 7. Select the Review Style that you want to use for the written review.

Step 8. Choose the Live Background that you want to use.

Step 9. Review the Written Review details as well as the Video Preview. If you are satisfied with the results, click Next Step.

Wizard Step 3: Video Options

The last wizard lets you configure different aspects of the review video, such as the spokesmodel country, layout, backgrounds, and upload a photo background of your choice. 

All of the options for your video is optional, but if you need to customize the video entirely, you can proceed through these steps:

Step 1. Select a model country that you want to use.

Step 2. To change model, choose from Select Model drop-down.

Step 3. Choose a Layout Color of your choice.

Step 4. Add the background of your choice. Click the Custom Background button if you want to upload a background.

You can use up to six backgrounds which will be randomly picked for your video.

Step 5. If you want to use a custom background photo, click the Upload button then crop the image correctly.

Step 6. Click Finish to complete the video wizard.
