One of the most exciting features of Rep Videos is the ability to create both buyer and employee review videos. Promote a company’s reputation as a market leader for recruiting by highlighting 5-star reviews from staff members.
Wizard Step 1: Video Setup
The Video Setup will be the first wizard you will need to complete once you start creating an Employee Review Video.
Follow the steps below to begin setting up an Employee Review Video:
Step 1. Click Create from the Rep Videos dashboard.
Step 2. Select an existing company you’re already working with, or to add a new company.
Step 3. Decide if you want to use a 60 second spokesmodel or a 30 second no spokesmodel Rep Video style.
For this example, we are going to use the default 60 second spokesmodel style.
Step 4. Select Employee as the review type and choose Uploading a Video Review.
A video review replaces the iPad display portion of the video with your uploaded review video, so you you will receive a video with the spokesmodel at the start and end of the review video.
Step 5. Select the Production Date Schedule.
Step 6. (Optional) Enable syndication if you want to syndicate the video.
Be sure that you already set up the business's social account if you want to enable syndication. You can learn more about this setup in this article.
Step 7. (Optional) If you want to add your agency's branding, enable the show Agency Branding feature.
Step 8. Once you are done, click Next Step.
Wizard Step 2: Review Setup
The next wizard will help you in setting up the Review Details, which are shown on the steps below:
Step 1. Upload the video.
Before uploading the video, please check if it falls to these video requirements:
Step 2. Adjust the volume of the video if necessary.
Step 3. Select the Reviewer's Position.
Step 4. Type in the Reviewer's full name and title.
Step 5. (Optional) Enable Lower Third feature if needed.
The screen below is what the Video Review details look like with the Lower Third turned on.
Step 6. (Optional) Type in the written transcript of the review.
Step 7. Click Next Step to proceed to the next wizard.
Wizard Step 3: Video Options
The last wizard lets you configure different aspects of the review video, such as the spokesmodel country, layout, backgrounds, and upload a photo background of your choice.
All of the options for your video is optional, but if you need to customize the video entirely, you can proceed through these steps:
Step 1. Select a model country that you want to use.
Step 2. To change model, choose from Select Model drop-down.
Step 3. Choose a Layout Color of your choice.
Step 4. Add the background of your choice. Click the Custom Background button if you want to upload a background.
You can use up to six backgrounds which will be randomly picked for your video.
Step 5. If you want to use a custom background photo, click the Upload button then crop the image correctly.
Step 6. Click Finish to complete the video wizard.
