Introduction 

In this article, we will focus on the Campaign Automations to allow to send the leads to conversion campaigns and get new sales on autopilot. 

Campaign Automation in Bright Social gives you the ability to integrate your automation platforms (Prospect Rocket) on your Landing Page easily. Using Automation will automatically export your Leads into your Prospect Rocket Campaigns.



Setting up an Automation 


Complete the following steps to set up Automation on your Landing Page:


Step 1. Click Landing Pages from the main dashboard.




Step 2. Click the Dashboard Page icon on the Landing Page that you need to set up.




Step 3. Click the Automation tab.




Step 4. Click Add Automation.




Step 5. Type the name of your Automation.




Step 6. Click the Sequences button.




Step 7. Select an Integration from the drop-down list.


For this example, we are going to use Prospect Rocket.




Step 8. Choose a Campaign from your Prospect Rocket account.




Step 9. Select a Delay to schedule your campaign.


Set the delay to “0” if you need your Automation to be fired immediately.




Step 10. Click Save.


Note: You can only Add or Remove Integration per Automation Trigger if you are enrolled in our Free Plan. You can upgrade your plan to Unlimited to have unlimited integration. For more information, please contact our support team through this link:

Step 11. See your new Automation. You have the option to add Tags and Activities into your Automation.




Adding Tags to Your Automation 


Once you have successfully set up your Automation, you can now start adding tags to your Automation:


Step 1. Click the Actions button. 




Step 2. Add the Tag that you need to apply to the Automation. This action will apply a tag once the Automation is fired.




Step 3. Set the delay to “0” if you need to apply the Tag immediately.




Step 4. Click Save.



Step 5. To remove the tags that you have added, select the Tag that you need to remove and then click the Remove icon.




Adding Activities to Your Automation 


Complete the following steps to add an Activity to your Automation:


Step 1. Click the Activities button.




Step 2. See the tokens populating on the sides. You can make any adjustments to any of the fields. 




Step 3. Note that you need to create the Title and set up the Date for your Activity.



Step 4. Click the Token icon.




Step 5. Select a token. 


Note: Ensure that the token has a checkmark before clicking Insert.




Step 6. To quickly find a token, type the name of the token in the token search box.




Step 7. Update each field by adding tokens.


Step 8. You also have the option to create your Activity into a Call, Meeting, or Task.


Use Call to create an activity to:


Use Meeting to set up a meeting by:


Use Task to set up a task to send an email or to do anything else.




Step 9. Set the Date and Duration for this Activity. Click Save to apply your changes.




Step 10. Verify that the Activity is added to your Automation. Click Save to save all your changes.
