Access tags are mainly used to grant access to specific map templates on your agency website, landing pages, and business contacts.

To start using Access Tags, follow these steps:

Step 1. When creating a landing page, for an agency website, the access tags are specified upon page creation.

Anyone who opts-in through this site will have access to the funnel maps tag with the tag or tags specified on the Access Tags field.

Step 2. For example, if you want to give them access to all your mapped templates tagged with “Advanced Strategy,” select that tag.

Step 3. In this example, two tags are chosen, which means that they will have access to all the funnel map templates tagged with “Case Study” and “Advanced Strategy.”

Step 4. To update the access tag on an existing agency website or landing page, go to the Page Dashboard.

Step 5. Click the Page Settings button.

Step 6. Modify the access tags, and once you are done with the changes, click Save.

Step 7. Access tags are also required when adding new business. Tagging will give that business access to all funnels that are tagged with that particular tag.
