The Ad Group Panel contains all the Ad Groups that you have created with Ad Kahuna. All your ads can be seen here. You can create a new Banner Group, manage your Banner Groups, and set up a Banner Group as your Live Preview. This panel also lets you send your draft or final banner links to your customers.
Accessing Ad Groups Panel
To access your Ad Groups Panel, complete the following steps:
Step 1. From the Main Dashboard, click Business Contacts.
Step 2. Select a merchant.
Step 3. Click the Ad Groups tab.
Ad Groups Details
The Ad Groups Details is the area where you can see your Products, Campaigns, Banner Group Details, and the Date that each Banner Group was last modified.
To send a Draft Banner Email to a customer, complete the following steps:
Step 1. Select a Banner Group.
Step 2. Click Actions and select Send Draft Banner Email.
Step 3. Edit your email message as needed.
Do not remove the hyperlink to your Draft Ads, as your customers will not be able to access your Draft Ads if you remove the hyperlink.
Step 4. Once you are done editing your email, Click Send.
To send a Final Banner Email to a customer, complete the following steps:
Step 1. Select a Banner Group.
Step 2. Click Actions and select Send Final Banner Email.
Step 3. Edit your email message as needed.
Do not remove the hyperlink to your Draft Ads, as your customers will not be able to access your Draft Ads if you remove the hyperlink.
Step 4. Once you are done editing your email, click Send.
Setting a Banner Group as Default Live Preview
To set a Banner Group as your default Live Preview, complete the following steps:
Step 1. Select a Banner Group.
Step 2. Click Actions and select Live Preview Default.
Your selected Banner Group Name will have the Default Live Preview icon, which means you have successfully set it as your Default Live Preview.
To delete a Banner Group, complete the following steps:
Select a Banner Group.
Step 1. Click Actions and select Delete Banner Group.
Step 2. Click Delete to confirm.
Ad Group Actions
There are five different actions that you can do to your Banner Groups:
1. Draft Link - click the Draft Link action to see the draft of your Banners.
2. Final Link - click the Final Link action to view the final design of your Banners.
3. View Banners - Click the View Banners action to see all your banners that are part of a Banner Group.
4. Clone Banners - click the Clone Banners action to duplicate your selected banner ads and copy them into an existing business or a newly added business.
5. Save as Template - click the Save as Template action to save a Banner Group as a template.
