Here are the different actions that you can use to manage your leads:
Viewing a Lead’s Details
Step 1. Click the View Details icon on the lead that you want to check.
Step 2. Add this lead as your contact by clicking the Create button.
Step 3. You can also view your different activities with this lead in the Activities tab.
Step 4. To send an email this lead, go to the Email tab and click the Send Email button.
Step 5. Fill in the different fields needed and click Send.
Step 6. You can also use a note to add some more details about this lead.
Step 7. To convert this a to one of your contacts by clicking the Convert to Contact icon.
Step 8. If you want to close this lead, click the Close icon.
Step 9. If you want to delete this lead, click the Delete icon.
Exporting Leads
Step 1. Select a lead from the list that you want to export as CSV.
Step 2. You can also select multiple leads by clicking the checkboxes from the list.
Step 3. Click Actions and select Export from the drop-down.
Deleting Leads
Step 1. Select a lead from the list.
Step 2. Click Actions and select Delete from the drop-down.
Viewing a Lead’s Redemption Page
Step 1. Click % Page URL.
Step 2. From that screen, you can also redeem the coupons if needed.
Step 3. Once the offer is redeemed, there will be a note on the contact.
Step 4. The contact will also be disabled for further redemption.
