Question: Why do they have a “D” score when they have a 5-star rating?

• No reviews mean no rating. If they do not have a directory listing, we do not count that. We only count directory listings that have been claimed. 
  
  
• If they have a site and have a listing on it but no reviews, they get 2 points, resulting in a “D.”
