Customizing a Review

Sometimes, it’s necessary to make minor adjustments to a review before it’s syndicated - like if you’d like to only use the reviewer’s last initial, if there is a spelling error in the review, or if the review is too long.

If you’d like to make any changes to a written review after it’s been scheduled for syndication, simply navigate to the Posting Schedule and click ‘Edit Review’ on the review you’d like to edit.

From the ‘Edit Review’ page, you can edit the:

• Reviewer’s Position - The way a company would address their customer.
• Reviewer’s Name - The person who actually gave the review.
• Reviewer Title - The title of the person giving the review, if needed.
• Written Review - This is the Review Text itself.
• Review Icon - To showcase the review site this review came from.
• Voiceover - This lets you upload .mp3 or .wav audio.

Once you’re done with your changes, click Next.

Then choose your Review Video options

• Publishing Settings - Whether the video is syndicated publicly or unlisted.
• Spokesmodel Country - Choose from United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Ireland or Australia
• Select Model - Assign a random spokesmodel to the video or select a specific model for an additional credit.

Click Schedule Review to prepare the video for syndication.
