To view the detailed analytics of your voice broadcast, follow these steps:

  1. From the Latest Broadcast section, select a voice broadcast that you want to check and click the Gear icon (image2.png). Please select ‘View’ as your action.

🛈 From the Latest Broadcast section your can see details of your Voice Broadcast such as:

  1. This will redirect you to the Voice Broadcast Analytics page.

  1. On this page you can see details on your Broadcast, such as:
  1. Below, you also have information on the contacts in the Voice Broadcast. From here, you can see the name of the contact, what number was called, how long the call was, the result of the call (whether its a Live Person or Call Transfer), and what time that result happened.

  1. You also have an analytic breakdown of Voice Broadcast results. Here, you are able to see:

🛈 You may also view this data from the last 7, 30, 60, 90, or custom range, depending on your preferences. Keep in mind that because a broadcast sending at a single time, most of your analytics are going to be in a day or days following the broadcast being sent out.
