In this article, you will learn how to update the Account Settings for an existing business in Funnel Maps. We will also show you how to navigate the Business Account Dashboard and how to use the cool features there.

To update the settings for an existing business, follow the steps below:

Step 1. From the main dashboard, click on Businesses.

Step 2. Select the business name from the active list of businesses that you want to update.

Step 3. The step above will take you to the main business account dashboard.

From the dashboard, click the Settings tab.

Step 4. Update the record as needed.

Step 5. To add a phone number, click on the field, and type on the number.

Step 6. Click Save.

Step 7. From this section, you can also reset or change their password to log in to the software.

To modify the password, type in their new password on the New Password field.

Step 8. Confirm that password by retyping the password on the Repeat Password field.

Step 9. Once you are done with the necessary updates, click Save.

Step 10. Some of the key features on the Business Dashboard is the Summary tab. This tab gives them at a glance view of the map templates they have access to.

It also displays how many funnel maps they created and how much they can create.

The dashboard also displays your contact information. This information will help the business know how to reach you if they are interested to learn more about your services, or they simply need your help.

Step 11. In this section, you can see the list of the funnels that they created.

Step 12. Once the eye icon is clicked, it will take them to the My Library tab.

Step 13. The My Library tab lists out all the maps or funnels that have already been created.

Step 14. On the Templates tab are all the map templates that they have access to.

Step 15. Next, you have the Actions drop-down, which gives you access to the following:

• Activities - this tab keeps track of all the activities on this account.

• Add Note -  this action lets you add notes for any updates that you wish to record.

• Send Email - this action lets you send emails to the business you are working with.

• Add New Funnel - this action lets you add new funnels from here.
