The Contact CRM tab gives you all of the information based on the reviews we pull online. It also provides the imported contacts from your Email and SMS, Web Forms, or importing your Contact List. It also tracks who had left feedback, gives an at-a-glance report of all your contacts, and both online and imported information.

Online Review Contacts

The Online Review Contacts are your contacts that are created inside your CRM from the contacts that left reviews for you online. All the different reviews all around the Web is downloaded, we take the first name and last name or alias and import them as a contact.



Imported Contacts


The Imported Contacts are contacts that we imported into the CRM by either the Email & SMS, Web Form, or Imported List.



Negative Reviews


This section right here is all of your Negative Reviews both from Online Reviews and Feedback Reviews.

At a glance, you can see what is going on in all of your contacts based on those online and those who imported. Most importantly, if someone has not left favorable feedback for you and how to resolve that.



Contacts


The Contacts Tab gives you all the latest contacts both Online Review Contacts and Imported Contacts, based on the order they have imported into your CRM.



Feedback Reviews


This tab displays the latest contacts that have left you feedback from the Feedback Pages that we’ll email all to them.



Online Reviews


In this tab, you can see the latest Online Reviews from your contacts.



Negative Reviews Tab


This last tab is important because it houses both your Negative Online Feedback and your Negative Feedback from feedback pages.



Search Tool


With the Search Tool, you can quickly find the reviews and contacts that you are looking for. 


To use this tool, type the keyword that you want to look for, and it will display all relevant details in the list based on the keyboard that you have added.




Filter


The Filter tool lets you drill down and see all the contact based on a Date Range. Whether it’s a Feedback or a Review or even search for their Phone Numbers, Contact Status, and any information you want is all right here.


Once your filter is all set up, click Search, and you will be able to find down the contacts you want.
