The Social Offers Campaign Leads Dashboard displays all the leads that opted in from your Social Offers Campaigns. All the information about your leads will be listed here, and if you want to view all the leads that redeemed your offers, this is the section where you want to go. 


You can access your Leads Dashboard through these steps:


Step 1. Select a company from the list of active businesses.



Step 2. Click the Social Offers tab.



Step 3. Navigate to the Leads tab.



Step 4. In the Leads Dashboard, you will find this different information:


There are also different actions and features that you can use for managing your leads: 
  



Exporting Leads to CSV


You can export multiple leads to a CSV file using this action. To export a lead to CSV, follow these steps:


Step 1. Select the leads that you want to export.



Step 2. Click Actions and select Export Selected Leads.



Selecting All Leads


This action lets you select all your active leads record in Social Offers Campaign Dashboard. 


To use this action, click Actions and select Select All Leads.



This action will select all leads in the record, and you have the option to apply another action of your choice, which can again be found in the Actions drop-down.



Selecting Filtered Leads


If you want to select all the leads you filtered only, click Actions, and choose Select Filtered Leads.
 


Once all filtered leads are selected, perform the necessary action found in the Actions drop-down.



Deleting Leads


Deleting a lead removes them from your Leads Dashboard. To use this action, follow these steps:


Step 1. Select the leads that you want to remove.



Step 2. Click Actions and select Delete Selected Leads.



Step 3. Click Delete to confirm.



Viewing the Redemption Page


If you want to view the actual redemption page where the lead opted in, click the Redemption Page Link icon.



Using this action will redirect you to the actual redemption page.



Viewing the Leads Information and Sending Email


This action lets you view the lead’s information. If you also want to track their activities and send an email to them, this is the action that you want to use.


You can use this action through these steps:


Step 1. Click the Lead Info icon.



Step 2. In the Lead Info pop up, you can directly edit the lead’s information.



Step 3. Once you are done, click Save.



Step 4. You will also view the lead’s activities that are displayed in the Activities tab.



Step 5. If you want to send an email to the lead, click the Email tab.



Step 6. Click the Send Email button.



Step 7. Type in the details of your email.



Step 8. To make it more customized, use Tokens.



Step 9. Once you are done, click Send.



Filtering Leads


Filtering Leads is a powerful feature inside of your Leads Dashboard. If you have hundreds of leads and want to sort them out, this is the feature to use.


Here are the steps on how to filter leads based on your preferences:


Step 1. Click the Filter button.



Step 2. Choose the filters that you want to use.



Step 3. Once you are done, click the Filter button.



Step 4. Your lead records will now be updated. 


Furthermore, you can use the Select Filtered Leads action to select all these filtered leads and apply another action of your choice.



Using the Leads Search Box


Another great feature that you can use is the Leads Search Box. You can directly type in the keyword in the search box. It will automatically display the leads containing that keyword.
