Visibility Tab

The first section is the Visibility Tab. This tab displays a summary of all the major directories on which your business is listed. Make sure your information is fully accurate so that customers can call you and find your location.

Search Engine Scores

This section displays your Search Engine Score across Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Scores are color-coded. You get Red when your score is 0 - 2, Orange when you get 3 - 4 and Green when you get 5. Aside from your scores, it also displays the necessary information of that particular merchant.

To better understand the scores, here is an overview of how we calculate them:

E.g. Getting a total of 100 points gives you 100% while getting 50 points will provide you with 50%

Top 21 Local Directories Searched

These are all the directories that are searched based on their category.  This view includes the Accurate Listings, Inaccurate Listings, and Missing Listings displayed in a graph, which shows how many listing discrepancies there were for some time (ex.: previous six months) and a percentage score as well.

Top Local Directories Searched

This area gives you a detailed overview of the top directories searched and how the listings could be improved. It looks exactly like the Local Analyzer, except it offers the ability to fix the listings. For example, you have an option to display only existing listings when pulling a report in a PDF format.

Online Reviews Tab

This tab displays the summary of your Online Reputation across all major directories, and the number of negative reviews you have gotten online. Keep in mind that consumers trust businesses that have 6-10 reviews and 90% user reviews to make a decision.

You can click the Reputation Summary video located on the left side to watch the explanation about Reputation Summary.

Under the Reputation summary, there is an analyzer that looks exactly like a local analyzer, which displays all online directories. It shows how many reviews you have received in the past 30 days, overall reviews, and your rating. You will also notice the information about which listings need to be created and which ones still need reviews.

Sentiment Analysis

Sentiment Analysis helps you understand common words your customers use to describe their experiences with the company. You can also see if those keywords are used in a positive or negative perspective. Below is a list of keywords that can help you get a clearer understanding of what the overall sentiment found in reviews looks like.

Reputation Snapshot

This section displays the Total Number of Reviews, Average Total Rating, and Rating Breakdown based on the snapshot of a period (a week, a month, 3 or 6 months). The graph also shows when and what kind of reviews you’ve received in that period.

Latest Review

This section displays all the Latest Reviews, which are also broken down into separate parts for Positive and Negative Reviews.

Feedback Reviews Tab

This tab displays the monthly analysis of the feedback you have received. Only about 15% of people that leave feedback will go online to leave it as well. This will always be based on a specific time frame. It might be 30 days or 90 days, but you can choose what type of report you want to pull.

Remember that the more feedback you get, the more online reviews you will be having.

Feedback Campaign Analytics

Getting real-time feedback from customers will help you sell more and help you become more engaged with your buyers. You should be actively engaging each customer to get feedback on their experience. Here is a look at your feedback campaign activity.

Your Campaign Analytics is divided into two parts:

1. Request Campaign Analytics - This is a graph that shows you the total number of Clicks and Requests (SMS and Email) in a given time frame.

2. Sign Ins Campaign Analytics - This is a graph that displays the number of people that clicked on a link after sending them a request (SMS and Email) or clicked on a link after signing in and leaving feedback or review.

Latest Feedback

This section displays all the Latest Reviews left through Feedback Campaigns, which are also broken down into Positive and Negative Reviews.

Reputation Marketing Tab

As a company, you want to be known as the best in your area of expertise. Reputation marketing is an integral part of your efforts to build the best reputation online for your company. The Marketing tab gives you the ability to see the Marketing Analysis for a specific period. This section also displays how many reviews are marketed, what the social reach is, and the total number of views of your website.

Reviews Posted to Your Social Network

This section displays the breakdown of each individual Social Network that a review is posted to. This could be an image, text, or video.

You will be getting a “NOT ACTIVE” status if either the account is not connected or does not have any reviews.

Reviews Posted to Your Photo & Video Sharing Sites

This is a breakdown of each individual Photo and Video Sharing Site that has a review posted to it. This is either an Image or Video.

Traffic Trends to Your Website Reviews

This section comes directly from your Website Review marketing views. It is a breakdown of which feedback forms got the most traffic.

Review Video Marketing

This section displays created rep videos and which sites the videos are posted to.

Image Review Marketing

These are the 4x3 snapshots of the actual review, together with all the sites where these videos are posted. You can hover your mouse over the snapshots to check the full image of that particular thumbnail.

Video Visibility

Over 90% of consumers watched a video last week, and 70% say that videos help them to make a decision. That means when new customers are using a search engine on your website or YouTube, they need to see a video about your company.

One of the easiest and most effective types of videos you can create is a video testimonial. Take a video and optimize it so the search engines can find it. Or, you can take the video and embed it on the homepage of your website. You can also create a company YouTube channel and upload the video to your channel.

Planned Monthly Reputation Marketing

This section displays the social and media reputation marketing schedule for the current (at the time of report generation) and the following month.

Reputation Marketing Reviews Schedule

This is the last section of the Marketing Analysis Report, where it takes all reviews that are stacked and ready to go based on the Planned Monthly Reputation Marketing calendar.
