In addition to customizing the Video Options for a company as a whole, you can make edits to each individual video before it is syndicated. This feature is helpful if you would like to customize and optimize each video to improve search ranking and visibility.

To begin, create and schedule a Review Video or Employee Review Video as you normally would within the Rep Videos software. Once you are done, you can start editing a video through these steps:

Step 1. From the business’s dashboard, click the Videos tab.

Step 2. In the Production Schedule tab, click Actions and select Edit Review.

Step 3. Make your necessary edits.

Step 4. Once you are done editing your video, click Next Step.

Step 5. Now, if you want to post your video right away, select the Produce Now action.
