Introduction

In this article, we will talk about the Notifications updates for your Agency Lead Alerts, and Agency Automation alerts under the Agency Settings.


The steps below will demonstrate how you can update the notifications settings and Automation Alerts for your agency:


Setting up Lead Alerts


Step 1. On the upper right-hand corner of your page, click Settings.




Step 2. Click Notification.




Step 3. In the Lead Alerts tab, type in the email address and the phone number of the person whom you want to receive the conversion notifications.



Step 4. Select days and timeframe on when these notifications will be sent.




Step 5. Once you are done, click Save.



Agency Automation Alerts


Step 1. On the upper right-hand corner of your page, click Settings.




Step 2. Click Notification.




Step 3. Click the Agency Automation Alerts tab.




Step 4. Type in the email address and the phone number of the person whom you want to receive the notification once automation is done.




Step 5. Select days and timeframe on when these notifications will be sent.




Step 6. Once you are done, click Save.
