Groups are collections of business, which usually have the same theme, that an agency manages. Groups allow you to save your valuable time by eliminating the need to do the same repetitive task to multiple businesses that are within the same group. Also, groups lets you publish identical posts to numerous companies simultaneously.



Creating Groups in Bright Social 

Complete the following steps to create a group:


Step 1. From the main dashboard, click Groups.




Step 2. Click the Add New Group button.




Step 3. Type in the name of the group.




Step 4. Select the group’s color and icon and click Save.




Step 5. Select the companies that you want to add in the group and click Save.




Step 6. To delete a group, click the Delete icon and confirm the removal of the group. This process cannot be undone.



Once you have the Group set up, you will be able to schedule both the Single Post and Multi-Post.
