There is no need to worry about a custom domain unless planning on setting up the white label immediately. 

The Social covers subscription comes with the custom subdomain that we set up to allow users to start using their landing pages as soon as they set up their agency. More on that at Agency Wizard Step 4.

The custom subdomain will be created at step 4 of your Agency Wizard setup. There is no need for extra steps, the landing pages will be fully functional with the provided subdomain.
