The Campaign Filter gives the option to control how your campaigns will go out. When a contact completes a Review Request Campaign, they will not be receiving another Request Campaign for 30 - 180 days, depending on the days you have set. So let us say you have set the Campaign Filter to 60 days and customer Jane Smith completes a review, she will be receiving another Request Campaign after sixty 60 days.
To set up your Campaign Filter, follow these steps:
1. From the company's dashboard, hover your mouse over the Add Contacts tab and select Summary.
2. Click the Campaign Filter button.
3. Select the number of days from the drop-down and click Save to apply your filter.
